Everything sealed
A sealing washer of synthetic rubber latex mounted between flange and terminal box keeps out dust and water.
The sealing of the switch handle against the terminal box is equally done with a special sealing washer, another one seals the lid against the terminal box.
The signalling light – a most difficult part to seal up – is protected with an o-sealing washer.
Practical features, such as our quick-mount feet for wall or floor installation and the included M20 cable gland, make the setup process simple and secure.

conform with protection mode IP 66/IP67 according to DIN EN 60529:2014-09 (VDE 0470-1:2014-09).
This means
they are dustproof, protected against strong jets of water and even against temporary submersion into water.
